Meet Your Hosts

Mari-Anne Daura

Mari-Anne's Scandinavian journey began at the University of Lund in Sweden back in 2011. After graduating, she has worked extensively in various NGOs and Human Rights space of the private sector. She began her entrepreneurial journey in 2022 when she co-founded Luyana Natural Skincare and now also co-hosts the Black and Scandi Podcast.

Emma Akinyi

Emma moved to Copenhagen after a brief stint in Germany back in 2013. She attended Copenhagen Business School before working in the Higher Education space and private sector in roles with a focus on Business Administration, HR processes and IT systems. She is now the owner of LittleRoom.dk as well as co-host for the Black and Scandi podcast.

Melinda Daura

After working as a consultant in the US, Melinda moved to Copenhagen to study her Masters degree at Copenhagen Business School in 2013 where she met Emma. With many years of Business , IT and Compliance experience under her belt, she is now the co-founder of Luyana Natural Skincare alongside Mari-anne and co-host of the Black and Scandi podcast.
